What does the filter actually do?
It catches sediment and rust carried in from the water line. The cartridge is a PP cotton core with mineral beads, sitting in a transparent chamber in the handle, and water passes through it before reaching the spray plate. That's the whole mechanism, and it's visible — the transparent chamber lets you check the cartridge whenever you want.
What doesn't this product do?
It's a plumbing accessory, not a health device. It filters visible sediment and rust from your spray water, and that is the only claim we make about it. If you have concerns about your water supply, this product is not the answer to them — contact your utility.
How often do I need to replace the cartridge?
We don't have a measured lifespan figure, so we won't give you one. It depends on your water. Replace the cartridge when the flow noticeably drops or when it has visibly darkened — the transparent chamber means you can check it in two seconds instead of guessing.
Will it fit my shower?
It uses a G1/2 thread — the standard shower-hose connection. We say "standard G1/2" rather than "fits every US hose" because we only claim what we've verified, and we're physically checking fit against common US hoses right now. If it doesn't fit yours, the 30-day refund applies and you don't return anything.
Is a hose included?
No. The TrioRain is the head only. It threads onto the shower hose you already have.
What are the three spray modes?
Three spray settings, switched directly on the head. We describe only what we've verified on the unit in front of us, and we haven't verified a description of each setting yet — so we won't label them here. The spray plate is built to be high-pressure and water-saving.
What does the stop button do?
One press on the handle stops the water; one press starts it again. Useful for shampooing, shaving, bathing kids or pets — anywhere you'd otherwise let the water run.
How fast is shipping, and where do you ship?
Orders ship from a US warehouse. Processing takes 1-3 business days, delivery 3-7 business days after that — 4-10 business days total. We ship to the contiguous United States only. We cannot deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or PO boxes.
What's your refund policy?
30 days, no questions, no return required. Email triorainsupport@gmail.com with your order number and we refund you. You keep the product.
Can I get one for a second bathroom?
Yes — you can add a second head for $19.99 at checkout. Same head, same G1/2 connection. Common for a guest bath or a kids' bathroom.
