By placing an order on this store, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy — they are part of the deal.

Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars (USD). The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. If we ever make a pricing error, we will contact you before charging you differently — the checkout price governs unless we cancel and refund the order in full.

Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel your order, you receive a full refund, promptly. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

Product safety and intended use
The TrioRain shower head is a plumbing accessory. It attaches to a shower hose with a standard G1/2 threaded connection. Please read the following carefully:

It is not a medical device, and we make no health claims of any kind.

What it does: the replaceable cartridge filters visible sediment and rust from your shower spray. That is the whole claim.

Install it hand-tight only — do not use tools to overtighten, and do not force it onto a mismatched thread. If the threads do not turn smoothly by hand, stop and check the fit.

Keep the filter cartridge and other small parts away from young children.

Stop using the product if the body cracks or the connection leaks, and email us — the refund policy covers you.

Delivery
See our Shipping Policy. We ship to the contiguous United States only.

Refunds
See our Refund Policy. In short: 30 days, no questions, no return required.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Intellectual property
The content of this store — text, images, and layout — belongs to TrioRain or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Qatar. However, if you are a consumer in the United States, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer protection laws of your state that apply to you, and nothing in these terms takes those protections away.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
